Held at El Dorado Regional park East, 7550 E. Spring Street, Long Beach (605 Freeway exit Spring Street West). The event, developed by Gold Coast Festivals and Visions In Time Foundation will bring together Civil War reenactment groups from all over California who will spend the weekend recreating one of the most important periods in American History. This will be the largest reenactment ever held in this area. Visitors will have a first hand look at the sights and sounds of battle as well as a chance at involvement in living history presentations in the camps.

CWR: People of Living History

I have peen photographing re-enactment events withing Southern California for the last several years. the results are found in the Civil War Galleries within this website.

Now a new venture -- multimedia. We begin with a short showcase of YOU, well some of you. These are photographs span the years from 2003 to 2009. I plan to create two or three more slideshows; the next being battles, the glory or heroism and the pain of loss.
